Do you ship abroad?

Of course we do! We ship to all EU member states and the United Kingdom.

What are the costs of shipment?

Shipment costs vary depending on the amount of the order and selected courier company:
- DPD courier (prepayment) - €3.75
- UPS courier (prepayment) - €6.25
- DPD COD courier - €6.50
- UPS COD courier - €8.00
- foreign courier (within the EU and Great Britain) - depending on the country  €6.00 - €39.00

Prepaid orders above €87.50 – shipment FREE in Poland.

Can fridge cosmetics travel?

Yes. Fridge handles travel well, even over a few days. Unopened cosmetics can remain non-refrigerated for up to several days. Once opened, they can be kept out of the fridge for up to two days.

How long does it take to process an order?

Order processing time depends on the product purchased. For information on maximum processing time, please check the individual product’s sub-site. Nonetheless, we always make an effort to ship faster – usually in 1 to 3 business days.

Do all fridge cosmetics require refrigeration?

Most fridge cosmetics require refrigeration. Products that can be kept out of the fridge include lip, face, and body butters; deodorants; face and body gels; soaps; radiance enhancers; and perfumes.

Can I test your cosmetics before purchasing a full-sized product?

Of course you can. All samples and sample sets have been listed under the “miniatures” tab.

What if a product is unavailable on the website?

All products will most certainly become available soon. We encourage our customers to sign up for availability alerts – we can then drop you an e-mail once your preferred product is available again.

Does the expiry date start running from the date I open the product?

The expiry date on the packaging always depends on the date of manufacturing. Our cosmetics are preservative-free – this is why it is important to keep them in the fridge and use them up before the expiry date.

Will I receive a cosmetic from your most recent batch?

Of course you will. Our cosmetics are manufactured in a regular and frequent production cycle, often in small batches – our Customers always receive products from the most recent batch available.
